概要
达人雷达是一个浏览器扩展，帮助卖家在 TikTok 达人主页上查看达人数据、管理候选清单、追踪寄样。扩展不收集、不上传、不出售任何个人数据。所有数据只保存在你自己的浏览器里。
扩展会读取什么
- 当你打开
www.tiktok.com上的达人主页时，扩展读取页面本来就会加载的公开信息：达人的用户名、简介、粉丝数，以及视频的发布时间、播放和互动数、文案、话题标签、@ 提及和语言。 - 扩展不会读取你的 TikTok 登录信息、私信、密码或支付信息，也不会在其他网站上运行。
- 扩展自己不会向 TikTok 或任何服务器发送请求，只使用页面已经加载的数据。
扩展会保存什么
- 你主动加入候选清单的达人数据、你填写的跟进状态、备注、寄样日期和商品关键词，以及你的设置。
- 这些数据保存在浏览器的扩展本地存储（
chrome.storage.local）里，只在你的设备上；卸载扩展会一并删除。 - 你可以随时在清单里删除任何一条记录，或用"导出 CSV"把数据保存到自己的电脑。
不会做的事
- 不会把任何数据传到开发者或第三方的服务器。
- 不使用分析统计、广告或追踪工具。
- 不出售、不出租、不分享你的数据。
- 不会代你在 TikTok 上发送消息或执行任何操作。
权限说明

付费
目前所有功能免费。以后如果推出付费功能，付款会由第三方支付服务处理，扩展不会接触你的银行卡信息；届时本说明会写明具体的服务商和涉及的数据。

Summary
Creator Scout is a browser extension that helps sellers review TikTok creators on their profile pages, keep a shortlist, and track product samples. The extension does not collect, upload or sell any personal data. Everything stays in your own browser.
What the extension reads
- When you open a creator profile on
www.tiktok.com, the extension reads public information that the page already loads: the creator's username, bio and follower count, and each video's posting time, view and engagement counts, caption, hashtags, mentions and language. - It does not read your TikTok login, messages, passwords or payment details, and it does not run on any other website.
- The extension sends no requests of its own to TikTok or to any server; it only uses data the page has already loaded.
What the extension stores
- Creators you choose to save to your shortlist, the status, notes, sample dates and product keywords you enter, and your settings.
- This data is kept in the browser's extension storage (
chrome.storage.local) on your device only, and is removed when you uninstall the extension. - You can delete any entry from the list at any time, or use "Export CSV" to save your data to your computer.
What the extension never does
- Send any data to the developer's or a third party's servers.
- Use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Sell, rent or share your data.
- Send messages or take any action on TikTok on your behalf.
Permissions
storage: to save your shortlist and settings locally.https://www.tiktok.com/*: to show the score card on TikTok pages and read the public video data those pages load.- The background script is only used to open creator profiles in tabs when you click "Open all", and to open the settings page.
Payments
All features are currently free. If paid features are added later, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider and the extension will never see your card details; this page will then name the provider and the data involved.
